Type 0 – DOMINANT HUNTER
Your ancestors were cavemen and hunters who ate a lot of meat because this is what gave them strength to hunt for more… You should have a lot of animal proteins in your diet, so eat a lot of meat and fish. Enrich your meals with vegetables and fruit, but avoid wheat products, dairy and nuts.
Type A – MILD VEGETARIAN
Your ancestors were peasants living from agriculture. You should definitely avoid animal products, so all meat and animal fats. Meat makes you sleepy and takes away your energy! You should also limit dairy products, except youghurt, which
is beneficial for you. You should eat carbohydrates, vegetables, fruit, tofu, beans and seafood.
Type B – DAIRY EATING OMNIVORES
Your ancestors travelled a lot so you are the type which can eat everything. Your diet should be balanced – you can eat dairy products, grains, fish, meat, fruit and vegetables. You are lucky! Also your immune system works very well – so you are a very healthy person!
Type AB – BALANCED EATER
Your ancestors appeared because types A and B crossed, so you should follow a combination of these two diets. Your diet should be mostly vegetarian, but you should eat some fish, meat or dairy products occasionally. You should eat smaller and more frequent meals.
