(Obchody święta Bożego Narodzenia na świecie.)

Have you ever thought how people all over the world celebrate Christmas?

Paraguay – December is the summer season in South America and there are blooming flowers everywhere, that’s why houses and churches are decorated in bright colours to match the flowers. In every church, as well as in houses, you can find nativity scene. In Paraguay children get presents on the 6th of January and Three Kings put gifts into children’s shoes.
W Paragwaju dzieci dostają prezenty 6 stycznia i to Trzej Królowie wkładają im podarki do butów.)

Trinidad and Tobago – they are Caribbean Island. When Santa Claus arrives in Trinidad and Tobago, it’s to the rhythm of parang. Parang is a speciality during the Christmas season. Groups go around their neighbourhoods with guitars, steel drums, tambourines or others. Very often they visit people late at night and keep on singing until the household invites them in for refreshments.

Zimbabwe – Kisinusi or Christmas is celebrated on the 25th of December. Fathers give presents to their children and wives. The Christmas meal consists of roast ox or goat, porridge, bread, jam, tea and sugar. When the sun goes down, children play games by the fire. After the sun sets in the west, Christmas is officially over.
