When you go abroad, you want to do some shopping, don’t you? There are some things you have to know before you set off!
First of all, you have to be aware that in countries where it’s very hot, most of the shops have siesta. In Spain and in Greece, for example, all the shops are closed from 2 pm till 5 pm. Drinks and food can be only bought at bars and restaurants, which are more expensive of course. Remember also that in Spain prices depend on where you sit. The cheapest place is by the bar and the terrace is the most expensive.
If you want to go to Great Britain, remember that most of the shops are open from 9 am till 5.30 pm and are closed all day on Sundays. But if you need to buy something after 5.30 pm, many supermarkets are open till 10 pm. Some of them are open on Sundays as well. Now all you have to do is collect money.
