Actors, actresses and other celebrities doesn’t (don’t) have much time. They works all the time to make their fans happy. You shouldn’t be surprised, though, that they also have their favourite books. Aaron Spelling, a famous producer of ”Beverly Hills 90210”, loves ”Tom Sawyer” by Mark Twain and ”The Catcher in the Rye” by J.D. Salinger. Lisa Kudrow, star of the comedy sitcom ”Friends”, absolutely adores ”Steward Little” by E.B. White and known as Doctor Quinn, Jane Seymour’s favourite fairy tales is those written by The Grimm Brothers. A musician, Whitney Houston says that the more valuable book in the world is the Bible, that’s why she read it every day. Dr. Seuss (”The Cat in the Hat”, ”McElligot’s Pool”) is a favourite author of much celebrities. His books are read by Janet Jackson and horror writer Stephen King. A big fan of adventure books, Steven Spielberg, can’t resists saying that ”Treasure Island” by Robert Louis Stevenson and ”The Last of the Mohicans” by James Fenimore Cooper are definitely the best.
And what does big Hollywood stars read? Well, Drew Barrymore’s favourite book ever is ”The Little Prince” by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. Jim Carrey love ”Crime and Punishment” with Fyodor Dostoevsky. A star of ”Star Wars”, Natalie Portman woulds read ”Anne Frank: The Diary of a Young Girl” over and over again. And what does Will Smith likes the most? ”Conversations With God” by Neale Donald Walsch. Everybody has their favourite book which reminds us of our childhood or our first love.
