I am sure these people are feeling really good – you can see it on their faces. It seems they must be deeply in love and they are very happy. The man, althoght he is probably in his forties, looks like a teenager who is happy because he is having a date with soembody he really likes. The woman is looking at her husband with admiration. It’s a perfectly happy scene.
2. What are the advantages and disadvantages of marrying a person from a different country or culture?
Well, there are some disadvantages. It must be simply difficult to understand the cultural differences and to accept the need for compromise. Also, one of the partners is a stranger in the country where they live, so it is always more difficult for him or her to be accepted and to live abroad. He or she will miss his or her family and might have problems in communicating and for example finding a job. On the other hand, such a relationship can be richer because the partners bring in their cultures and customs. It is interesting to be together and they learn a lot – so they don’t get bored
