Z: Great. You accept credit cards, don’t you?
E: Certainly we do.
Z: That’s great. I’d like to book the ticket.

Negocjowanie

Biuro podróży, w którym w styczniu wykupiłaś wczasy, odwołało wycieczkę. W zamian za obiecany rejs do Ziemi Świętej proponują Ci dwa tygodnie w Grecji:

  • nie zgadzasz się, wyjaśniając, że nie lubisz leżeć na plaży;
  • proponujesz, że mogą Ci wykupić bilet na jakąś egzotyczną wyspę;

Z: I don’t agree for such a change. I don’t like lying on the beach. I wanted to visit interesting places, not waste my time getting sunburnt. What about offering me a flight ticket to any of the exotic islands from your travelogue?
E: I am sorry to say it but it is impossible. Travel to Greece is the only solution our manager is able to offer to you.
Z: I am more sorry, I guess. OK, let’s split the difference: I’ll take the journey to Greece, but my niece will go there instead of me and you will include all the handling charge.
E: Why not?

Z: All the atmosphere was incredible, people were exceptionally friendly and the hotel was so modest, quiet and peaceful you could really relax instead of worrying all the time if you are fashionable enough as it sometimes happens in top resorts.
E: I wish I were with you there!
Z: You must go next year to the same island. It’s worth visiting, believe me!
