Every society should help and support disabled people as every year thousands of people become physically handicapped in accidents and thousands of children are born with congenital defects or mental disorders. All the handicapped need our understanding and acceptance. They should not feel redundant or rejected by society. It is also important to adjust public buildings for the disabled and make ramps for wheelchairs wherever it is necessary and possible. Disability allowances should be high enough to let those who cannot work live comfortably. Children at school should be taught what being disabled means so that they would never laugh at deaf, blind or paraplegic person.
